Magistri

1. Overview

Magistri provides software that allows users to create websites, online courses, memberships, ecommerce stores, webinars, meetings, and events. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using the Platform, you grant us permission to host, store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws.

4. Selling Products and Services

If you sell products, services, courses, memberships, or event access through the Platform, you are solely responsible for: - Pricing - Taxes - Refunds - Customer support - Legal compliance - Product and service claims We are not a party to transactions between you and your customers.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party providers, including payment, authentication, and conferencing services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party providers.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to: - Violate laws - Infringe intellectual property rights - Commit fraud - Distribute malware - Interfere with Platform operations - Publish unlawful or harmful content We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Fees

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing upon reasonable notice.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the Platform, users, or our business.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
